In a surprising move, Gannon has announced plans to move the Olds-Norman House back to Seventh Street, mere months after moving it to Sixth Street. Gooferie reached out to Gannon for comment, but the prior two spokespeople for the university have been laid off due to budget cuts. A third person named Tracyanne Campbell, who asked to remain anonymous, stated that university officials just didn’t think it looked right on Sixth Street, and that the expenses for the move will be covered by all the money Gannon saved by cutting back on instructor salaries. Gooferie quoted the anonymous source who stated, “Don’t quote me on this, but I wouldn’t be surprised if the Nash Library ends up on Eighth Street next year.”
